  • Facilitating the development of a business development training and coaching curriculum for high potential junior partners at an AmLaw 100 firm; providing individual coaching for each participant as well as group programming
     

  • Coaching more than 30 individual partners at a national boutique AmLaw 100 firm on issues related to business and professional development
     

  • Developing group programming for recent lateral partners at a national boutique AmLaw 100 firm related to understanding organizational culture and metrics for business development success
     

  • Creating a nine-series sales training curriculum for junior level managers at a regional accounting firm focused on how to build business with and through existing contacts
     

  • Providing professional development enrichment programming for training professionals at a U.S. government agency
     

  • Analyzing the associate and manager level development initiatives of a 30-year old professional services firm, and advising on the substance and process for updating them to achieve current organizational goals
     

  • Implementing a program of professional development training – specifically, relationship and communication skills development – for the domestic and foreign officers of a U.S. government agency in Beijing
